How to Create “Spirit” Guided Partnerships.

This time of year we tend to get together with family, friends, co-workers and business acquaintances that we may not connect with very often. Sometimes it is wonderful! Sometimes it is not. The same is true in our businesses and the partnerships and joint ventures we step into. Some are wonderful! Some…”Not So Much.”

So how can we work with our Angels and Spirit to improve the “less than wonderful” partnerships that show up in our life and business?  How can we attract and create better ones?

This is something I struggled with last year. So my guides shared their wisdom on How to Create Spirit Guided Partnerships in my business that were a good energetic match. The wisdom guided me through a “less than wonderful” situation. It also helped me release the fear of trying again and of ultimately attracting partnerships in my business that are a better fit. How cool is that?!

Ah yes, bringing spirit into business, that is your desire.

We gave you the 5 “P’s” of Purpose, Plan, Products, Presenting and Partnerships.  We will jump to the Partnerships, as that seems most fitting at this time.

The Partnerships you draw to you are of significance to you in ways that many do not realize. They affect your business, yes. However, they also affect your energy and thoughts.

This is most critical, for when you choose to partner with an unmatched energy, imbalance of ALL, will be the result. One will draw, one will be drained. Negative thought energies will be sent and received. There will be tearing down in the process of building up.

So how to choose, you ask?

Become acutely aware of your physical self, energetic self and of your guidance. Ask for guidance before committing. Does the conversation generate tension or excitement? Words that you may find useful to identify tension can be: tightness in your body, constriction of energy, dread, heaviness and rationalizing.  On the other hand, excitement can be distinguished by: butterflies, bubbling energy, thoughts of possibilities, easy breathing.

If the partnership is not well matched and you move forward you will feel the affect of energetic hooks that will begin to drain you.

So what to do to correct this “mis-step” or detour on your path? For there truly are no mistakes, only experiences and growth.

First of course, is ask for guidance and assistance along the way. We are here to assist but not interfere.

Next bless yourself and the other party. Encircle them with love and light. Speak to their higher selves, their spirit, in meditation before each contact. After each contact ground again and visualize removing, unplugging and cutting any energetic ties, hooks or entanglements and finish with filling yourself with source, with light. Bring the partnership to an end, to a closure as soon as you are able, for the highest good of all.

Know that these detours will happen and that is part of your journey. There is growth and opportunity in all.  The key or goal is to strengthen your connection to guidance and source and grow to operate and make more decisions from that space.
