Hey, you’ve got “U-mail”

I was going through some old emails of mine and came across the following quote. I wanted to share it with you:

U-Mail is your intuition.  Tap into the inner guidance you need to find your way and guide you to the paths that are right for you.  Start small with little day-to-day issues.  Acknowledge the successful experiences you’ve already had in your life from following your inner guidance, or the times you were given the message, didn’t follow it and later wished you had. Build upon what you’ve gained and learned.

Experience consists of your successes AND your errors.  You have learned from both, but especially the latter.”

What would happen to our lives if we checked our “U-Mail” as often as we check our email each day? What a fitting way to think about it…it is messages from ourselves sent to ourselves.  We have learned to check our email frequently to avoid missing any important information. We reply promptly to our email to let the sender know that they are important to us and to respect their time. Yet we often ignore or “delete” our “U-Mail”.

Why shouldn’t we show the same respect to ourselves as we show to others? If we consider our email SO Important, why is our “U-Mail” any less important.  Our “U-Mail” is completely dedicated to us and only us. It is sent with a focus only on our needs, 100%.  These are probably the most important messages that we receive each day!

I am going to focus this week on checking my “U-Mail” each time I check my email. It will be an easy way to remind myself and create a consistent, healthy habit. It only takes a moment to take a deep breath, relax a moment, and ask myself  “What is the most important thing my intuition needs to tell me right now? Or “What do I need to know right now to improve my day?”  Then I can just jot down whatever comes, uncensored and unjudged. I may not have a clue, about how it fits into my day or what it means. However, if I jot it down, its meaning may become apparent later. Then I will have a record of how important my “U-Mail” is.

Why don’t you join me and let me know what wonderful things happen! ……Hey, you got “U-mail”!

Wishing you Your Intuitive Best!

Sherry
