No! You are not required to change your hosting to benefit from a WordPress Care Plan.
I’ve been providing hosting and support services to my client since 1998 (long before WordPress).
I do provide help on an as needed basis. However, my best pricing and quickest turn around time goes to my ongoing clients. If you would like to learn more, please schedule a free call see the latest options available.
The good news is that when you have our website care service in place making sure your website is backed up and updated, the risk of having your website hacked or to go down are greatly reduced. However, if this does happen, we work with your hosting providor to get things fixed. Plus, in the unlikely event that a fix is not feasible, we can restore your site using our cloud backup at a new hosting provider.
